As the couple prepares for their wedding on July 12, their pre-wedding festivities have been in full swing since March. The sangeet ceremony, with a dress code of Indian Regal Glam, promises to be a grand affair. In addition to Justin Bieber, singers Badshah and Karan Aujla are expected to bring a Punjabi touch to the event. Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh are also slated to perform, with many other celebrities from the Hindi film industry anticipated to attend.

The celebrations kicked off on Tuesday with a mass wedding for 52 underprivileged couples. On Wednesday, the family held Radhika Merchant’s mameru ceremony, a traditional Gujarati event where the bride receives gifts from her maternal uncles. This ceremony was graced by Bollywood stars such as Janhvi Kapoor, Orry, and Manushi Chhillar. On Thursday, Anant’s grandmother, Kokilaben Ambani, hosted a grand dandiya night, attended by several celebrities including Manushi Chhillar, Meezaan Jafri, Shikhar, and Veer Pahariya. Following the wedding, the Ambanis will hold an Aashirwad ceremony on July 13 and conclude the festivities with a grand reception on July 14.
The pre-wedding events began in March with the hastakshar ceremony in Jamnagar, Gujarat, followed by a community feast for over 50,000 villagers. This celebration saw attendance from global personalities like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and Ivanka Trump, as well as Bollywood stars such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Sara Ali Khan. Performances by Rihanna and Diljit Dosanjh highlighted this event.
Their second pre-wedding celebration took place on a luxury cruise in Europe, hosting 1,200 guests over four days with stops in Italy and the south of France. This event featured performances by Katy Perry and The Backstreet Boys and was attended by Bollywood A-listers, social media influencers, and other notable personalities. Radhika described the cruise to Vogue as “a retreat for those who have significantly impacted our lives.” The final night in Portofino featured an open-air market in the main square, complete with food stalls.
